Special attention by Enikon is paid to creation of working environment, in which safety and health of employees, protection of Comapny’s and Client‘s porperty as well as adhearing to ecological standards are priority.

In complance with our HSE policy, Enikon employees regularily pass safety and fire fighting training courses, learning the new trends in that field. All employees are responsible for implementing and adhearing to HSE priciples and have to spot dangers that might be harmful to people and property. Although carrying out very complex and demanding projects, we can mention with pride to have 3,219,653 working hours without injuries at work (data of Jan. 12, 2006).

Along with safety at work, Enikon also cares for health of its employees, organizing regular medical check-ups and various leisure activiteis (fitness, football, basketball) for the purpose its employees health benefit.

Apart from Enikon’s participating in implementation of many ecology-oriented projects, we can metion with pride the collaboration with our partner Airbus Aircabin, being the first company in their system applying ecologically acceptable water based paint in our workshop in Laupheim, Germany.
